Why supplements won’t fix your (X) problems

What supplements can I take to reduce my hot flashes and bloating? I also can’t sleep. I feel like I’ve tried everything!

I hate to break it to you (and by you, I mean everyone) but there is no “perfect” supplement for you & your situation!




Don’t get me wrong, supplements are a wonderful tool to support certain symptoms and get you “out of the hole”. BUT we DO NOT want to rely on supplements forever.




So if you are trying to fix your below issues with supplements, you are doing it wrong.
