1. Movement

How do you love to move your body?

Cycle, box, strength train, run, yoga, do what what makes you feel alive, but move that body. You need that blood flow through the body, it helps lower blood pressure, increase heart health, fight depression, reduce risk of bone diseases, improve insulin levels and more!

2. NUTRITION 

Food is the best medicine. Our cells constantly dying and growing in our body. As that happens the food you eat is recreating your body. This means you literally are what you eat. Nourish that body, eat lots of antioxidants to help recreate healthy cells and fight free radicals, eat lots of MICROnutrients to help the MACROnutrients work for your body and not against it.


3. REGENERATION

This one may just be the most important because if your body is constantly in the fight or flight nervous system mode, this SLOWS down your metabolism, immune system, and all other essential functions of the body.
